CSI East Bay-Oakland is closely monitoring developments in regard to the coronavirus (COVID-19) and how it may affect chapter members and guests at future chapter events and meetings. The purpose of this post is to update chapter members, and members of the public on the news regarding the chapter and COVID-19.

The safety of CSI members and the community at large is of utmost concern to CSI East Bay-Oakland, and local health authorities are recommending taking preventative steps to ensure health and safety at group gatherings.

The Volumetric Wood Modular Construction event has been converted to an online panel discussion on June 16th, 2020. Presenter Daniel Mason, AIA will now be moderating a panel discussion with Ben Harth, AIA – Pyatok Project Architect for Coliseum Connections, and Michael Johnson – President of UrbanCore, Developer of Coliseum Connections.

Also, we are excited to announce that this is now a joint event with our friends at AIA East Bay! We want to thank them for joining forces with us and lending their expertise in converting this event from a physical one to a virtual one.
